REFUND POLICY
How to cancel your ASTERON KMS subscription or get a refund, all in one place.
In shortWithin 14 days of any payment, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After that you can cancel anytime and keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
This policy applies to paid ASTERON KMS subscriptions (Standard and Pro) sold by Taeyung Information & Communications Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Subscription orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle under this policy.
Every subscription payment, including your first payment and automatic renewals, is fully refundable for any reason if you request it within 14 days of the payment date. This applies equally to monthly and annual plans.
If we find clear abuse, such as repeatedly paying and refunding on the same account to use the service for free, the 14-day refund may be restricted for later payments. Your statutory rights are never limited.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't issue prorated refunds for the remaining period.
However, if the service was not provided as described, advertised, or contracted, or we could not provide it for reasons on our side, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law regardless of timing.
We respond within 3 business days of receiving your request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Once refunded, the paid features from that payment end and your account returns to the free Lite edition. Your document index and local data on your PC are not deleted and remain usable within Lite.
