Lite has no AI allowance. Credits measure how much text the AI reads and writes. Longer questions and more source documents use more.
See what's left
- Top bar: "AI n%"
- Account panel: select your email at the bottom of the sidebar; "AI this month" shows the percentage left and the reset date.
- Settings › AI › AI usage: shows general AI and decision analysis separately.
Reset
- The allowance resets once a month. The date appears in the account panel and in Settings › AI.
- Unused allowance doesn't carry over.
When it runs out
- As the allowance runs low, background AI work during indexing (summaries, classification) pauses first, to save what's left for your own questions.
- Once it's used up, AI features show a notice. Keyword search, indexing, mail, calendar and other non-AI features keep working.
