Connecting external sources is available from Standard. Connected sources are only read. The app keeps just the text needed for search, and that copy is deleted when you disconnect. The originals are untouched.

Google Drive
- In Settings › Calendar, select "Connect Google account". It lives on this tab because one Google account connects Calendar, Drive and Gmail together.
- Choose your Google account in the browser and allow access.
- Under "Google Drive indexing", check the folders to include in search.
Notion
- At notion.so/my-integrations, create a new integration with Read content only.
- Copy the integration's access token.
- In Notion, on each page you want to bring in, open ··· at the top right › Connections › add the integration.
- In the app, paste the token into Settings › External sources › Connect Notion and select "Connect".
Only pages with the integration added (and their subpages) are brought in.
OneDrive, OneNote and Outlook calendar
- In Settings › External sources, select "Connect Microsoft".
- Sign in with your Microsoft account in the browser and allow access.
One connection brings in OneDrive files, OneNote notebooks and your Outlook calendar. For company SharePoint documents, use "Add SharePoint access" › "Choose libraries".
Disconnect
Select "Disconnect" on the connection's row. The copy kept in the app is deleted; the cloud originals stay as they are.
If you see "Reconnect needed", the sign-in has expired. Select "Reconnect" on the same row.
